Owners
Joe O'Callaghan President & CEO, has over 26 years of experience in facilities management. A graduate of St. Mary's college in Moraga, Joe is the founding partner of Bay Building Maintenance. As the chief executive officer, he is ultimately responsible for the strategic decisions and management of the administration department, the financial department and all the services provided by Bay Building Maintenance. Joe focuses on client relationships in the Bay Area and is involved on a daily basis with customers in all of Bay Building Maintenance service contracts including: janitorial, landscaping, facility management, and janitorial supply.
Our Employees
Since 1987 Bay Building Maintenance has added over 50 employees to provide janitorial services to their San Francisco Bay Area Bay commercial / industrial clients.
Bay Building Maintenance employs hardworking, experienced cleaners that have been carefully screened and properly trained. They are efficient and trustworthy. For your protection, all employees are subjected to background checks.
Our employees wear uniforms with our company logo whenever they are working on your premises. They conduct themselves in a professional manner. When our employees are working on your premises, Bay Building Maintenance guarantees your security and confidentiality.
Bay Building Maintenance strives to provide an atmosphere for motivation so that each employee will contribute his or her maximum performance to the team effort. This is accomplished by:
- Planning the work so that personnel understand, perform and meet the work objectives
- Organizing so that personnel function effectively and efficiently as a team to accomplish all contract requirements
- Supervising and inspecting the work to be certain that results conform to your expectations
